The plant comes in a four inch pot, and you will pick it up at Sterling Organic Farm during the plant sale, on your choice of either May 14th or 15th, 2022.  You may also email ahead of time to pick it up on a different date and time, if you are unavailable to pick up on the 14th or 15th.  I cannot ship plants, sorry.  They are for on farm pickup only.

A beautiful purple and white striped eggplant.  Growing up, I was always happy when my parents would bring home the striped eggplant from the local grocery store, which didn't always carry them, as to me these were the most tender and delicious eggplants.  No trace of bitterness, even if you don't soak in salt water before cooking.  Now I can grow my own striped eggplant and have as many as I want.  I hope you enjoy growing and cooking them too.
