This is a preorder.  We offer your choice of shipping or local pick up to receive your tubers.  Please change to local pick up in the drop down menu if you are picking your tubers up.  We have two time frames for you to choose from of when to receive your tubers: second week of February, or last week of April.  
To have your tubers shipped to you in February, you must add the item "February Dahlia Tuber Shipping" to your order.  This covers the added cost of a heat pack and insulation in your package so we can safely ship your tubers in February.  
We cannot offer any other custom shipping or pick up dates.
